Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless chicken cut into small bite size pieces
- Soy Sauce - 2tsp
- All purpose flour - 200 gms
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Ajinomotto - a pinch
- chilli powder, salt, black pepper to taste
- red food color- a pinch
- Sufficient refined oil for deep frying
- Egg - 2
- mix of sauces (1 tblsp soy sauce+ 1tblsp tomato sauce+ 1tblsp vinegar+ 1tsp red chilli sauce)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1tblsp Ginger cut into small pieces
- 2tblsp Garlic cut into small pieces
- 2-3 green chillies- chopped
- 2-3 large Onion chopped
- Bell peppers ( yellow, red & green) - cut in to bite size pieces
- 2 tblsp to make chicken Manchurian
Preparation:
1) Mix the all purpose flour, beaten egg, ginger garlic paste, soy sauce, food color, salt, chilli powder to make a paste.
2) Add the chicken to the paste and keep it for half an hour.
3) Heat sufficient oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken. keep aside.
4) Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions, cut bell peppers, green chilles, ginger and garlic pieces till light golden brown & don't over cook the bell peppers they should be crunchy.
5) Add the mix sauce , sugar and let it boil
6) Add the fried chicken pieces to the boiling mixture.
