Sprouts Pan cake

The  Sprouts  are rich in protin and are excellent to those trying to lose weight and gain energy









Ingredients:

1 cup  sprouted whole green Moon dal
2 Green chillies
2-3 garlic cloves
½ inch of ginger greated
½ tsp Cumin seeds
½ tsp redchilly powder
3-4 Curry Leaves chopped
Coriander leaves chopped
 salt
Oil

Method:

Grind the Moong dal, chillies, ginger, garlic together.
Mix the batter with all the ingredients except oil in a bowl .
Heat a tawa. Add oil.Pour laddle full of batter and spread in circular motions.
Cook both sides for 2 minutes.
Serve hot with chutney.

    i prepared muga chakuli but never did this sprouted one...seems delicious and healthy...will try soon...enjy..:)
