Ingredients:
200 gm of 5 Mix daals ( split green moong daal, whole black urad dal,toor dal,channa dal)
50gm rajma
½ tsp haldi
½ tsp Red Chili Powder
Chopped Garlic cloves 3-4 nos.
1 “ long Ginger finely chopped
1 Chopped onions
1-2tsp Oil
Pinch of hing
1-2 whole red chilly
1tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp coriander powder
1-2 tsp oil
1 tsp butter
Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
How to make :
Wash & soak Rajma for 4-5 hrs .Mix all lentils except rajma and wash them & Soak them for one hour.Boil them in a cooker with water , salt and turmeric powder in a pressure cooker.
Heat oil in a pan and crackle cumin seeds and add red chillies & hing in to it. add chopped onions. Add the garlic cloves & ginger , fry for till the garlic turns light brown in color, add chilly powder, coriander powder. Add the lentils to the tadka & mix properly.Garnish with coriander leaves. Add lemon juice & 1tsp butter and serve hot....
