1 cup sajana phula ( moringa oleifra blossoms )
2 onions chopped finely
3-4 garlic cloves crushed
1 tsp phutan (Mixture of cumin+mustard+nigella+fenugreek+aniseeds)
2 tablespoon beaten yoghurt (dahi)
½ tsp haldi
salt to taste
1-2 green chilly (cut length wise)

Method:
De-stem the sajana blossoms carefully making sure only the petals are retained. Wash and drain all the water.
Heat oil in a kadai, crackle pancha phutana. Add chopped onions, green chillies & crushed garlics. Saute till they turn to golden brown in colour.
Add the sajana phula, haldi, salt and chilli powder. Mix well. Cover the lid. No need to add water.Let the blossoms get cooked in the steam for 3-4 mins.Don’t over cook the blossoms.Then mix the yoghurt to the blosooms & switch off the flame and serve hot alongwith Rice.
