This is a wonderful recipe for chicken wings...These chicken wings are so delicious and while they do take some extra effort to cook the delicious taste will prove to you that they were worth the effort.....so firnds without much ado lets start the recipe.....:)

500 gm chicken wings
1tblsp garlic paste
3-4tblsp  soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
salt as per taste
fresh ginger, 1 inch piece, make a paste
1 tablespoon vegetable oil or olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Method:

In a big bowl, mix the remaining ingredients (except the honey).

Add chicken wings and flip to coat well.

Cover and let marinate for about 2 -3 hours  in the fridge.

Put the barbecue to medium heat.

Place chicken on a foil pan , Baste the chicken wings with honey, and drizzle some olive oil on it.

Roast/bake at 325F for 25-35mins, then last 5mins, increase temperature to 350-360F for added crispiness. (or until the chicken wings are crispy and the juice runs clear when poking with a fork), flipping them a few times. Serve hot.

(Note: the oven temp may depend on the parts of chicken you have used. Some chicken parts have thicker portions of meat and may take longer to cook).
