Ingredients:
Baby spinach/palak 250 gm finely chopped
Sesame seeds- 2tblsp- roast & make a paste with adding little water
White Rice – 2 tblsp soaked & make a paste with adding little water
Garlic cloves-2 nos-chopped
Onion- 1 small size sliced
Salt as per taste
Sugar- ¼ tsp
Oil- 1tblsp
Cumin & mustard seeds- ½ tsp
Red chillies- 3-4
Method:
Heat oil in a pan. Splutter red chillies ,cumin & mustard seeds. Add the garlic cloves & onions. Sauté for 1-2 min. Then add the chopped palak & sauté. Fry for 4-5 min till all the moisture evaporates & palaks become soft. Then add the previously done roasted sesame seeds paste & rice flour paste. Add salt , sugar & mix well. Cook for another 2-3 min. & Mix everything well and switch off the stove. serve hot with hot rice and ghee, u will definitely enjoy this. Good for everyone..
