Besan Dosa





Ingredients:
1 cup besan/ gram flour
1tblsp rice flour & rawa each
1 medium size  onion chopped
1 cup thinly Grated cabbage optional)
1tsp Chopped coriander leaves
½ tsp cumin seeds
1 green chilli chopped
½ tsp red chilli powder
Salt
2tblsp Oil for shallow frying the dosa


Method:

Take cabbage & onion in a bowl. Add salt to it. Keep it for 10-15 mins. Then add all the above ingredients to the cabbage onion mix.  Mix it properly .
Heat a tawa. Put 1-2 tsp oil. Pour 1 big spoonful of the batter in the center of a heated frying pan. Spread it in a round shape with the help of  your fingers.
When the base turns to golden brown color turn the side & cook well. Serve with with sauce/  green chutney..
