Dhokla

Dhokla

Ingredients:
2 cup gram flour
2 tsp semolina  
1 tsp grated ginger
2 tsp eno powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1 cup curd
4-5 whole  green chillies
10-15 curry leaves
1-2 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp white til
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup water
1 tbsp oil
Chopped coriander leaves
Method:
Mix curd, gram flour, semolina , grated ginger, sugar ,salt , 1tsp oil and 1 cup water in a bowl. Keep aside for 1 hour.
Grease a container with ltlbit of refined oil. Add water in  kadai and place sieve  on it. Let the water boil.
Now add eno powder in the mix. Immediately pour this mixture in the greased container.
Place the greased container on sieve and cover the kadai.Let it cook at high flame for 15 minutes. Switch off the flame. Let it cool properly. Take out the dhoklas from the container and cut into pieces.
For Tadka:
Heat oil in a pan and crackle mustard seeds. Then put curry leaves,whole green chillies & white tils.fry for 1 min. Pour this on dhoklas. Garnish with finely chopped coriander powder.
Serve with green chutney.
