Methi Puri Recipe






Ingredients

2 cups Wheat flour
1 cup fresh  Fenugreek Leaves chopped/ you can add the dried fenugreek leaves also  ( soak the dried leaves in water for half an hour before using)
1tsp Ajwain
A pinch of hing
Refined Oil for frying
Salt
Water, as required

Method:

Take a bowl. Mix the flour and  rest of the ingredients with 1 tsp oil. Knead it & Make a soft dough. Divide the dough into equal balls and roll each ball into a round puris.Heat Oil in a frying pan and fry puris  until it turns golden brown.Serve hot with any sabji.
