palak 1 bunch (Wash palak, drain water and chop )
2 cups gram flour
1 tsp ajwain
1 tsp cumin seeds
2-3 green chillies crushed
1” long ginger crushed
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method :
Mix green chillies , ginger, ajwain, cumin seeds and salt to palak. Then add gram flour to the palak till the batter is of semi-solid consistency.
No water to be added at all since the batter can be mixed in the juice of palak itself.
Heat oil in a kadai.Now take the batter and drop in small portions in to the oil using your hand. Fry till the pakodas turns to light brown colour. Serve hot with lasun chutney & onion slices.
