Allu methi:


3 large Potatoes (boiled , peeled & cut in cubes)
Fresh Methi leaves – 1 ½ cup ( washed & finely chopped)
Onion- 2 medium size- chopped
Garlic cloves- 3-4 chopped
Mustard & Cumin seeds- ½ tsp
Hing a pinch
Salt as per the taste
Sugar- ½ tsp
Oil- 2tblsp
Method:
Heat oil in a kadai. Crackle cumin & mustard seeds. Add onions & garlic cloves. Sauté for 1-2 min till tender. Then add fresh chopped methi laves. Fry for 2-3 min in oil. Then add the potatoe cubes & Mix well. Adjust salt & sugar. Mix well. Your methi allu is now ready to serve.
Serve hot with roti/ paratha/ rice.
