Sheera (sooji halwa)


Rawa- 1 cup
½ cup cashews & raisins
Ghee
2 cup milk
1 cup sugar
½ tsp cardamom powder
Method:
In a kadai fry Rawa till it changs  to light brown in colour on a medium flame.keep it aside.
In a pan heat 1 tbsp Ghee n fry cashewnut  & raisins.keep aside.
Heat remaining ghee in kadai.  Add fried soji  sauté for 1-2 min, Add milk. Stir well  & add 1 cup suger n mix thourghly. Boil for 1 min.when it leave d sides add 2 tbs ghee & stir.
Then add cardamom powder  & mix well. Your seera is ready to serve ...Enjoy....
