Eggless Chocolate browny


Maida – 1 cup
Powdered Sugar – 1 cup
Hung curd- 1 cup
Dark chocolates grated- 50 gm
Baking  powder – ½ tsp
Salt – ¼ tsp
Coco powder – ½ cup
Melted butter – 200gm
Walnuts, cashews & raisins chopped –  100gm
Milk -1 cup
Method:
Take a big bowl. Add melted butter & powder sugar to it. Beat it properly.  Add  hung curd & again beat it properly. Mix together flour, baking powder, coco powder, grated dark chocolates and salt.  Add half of walnuts, cashew nuts & raisins. Mix the sieved flour mixture with the milk and mix it  with the help of wooden spatula without any lumps.
Preheat the oven @ 180 deg C. Prepare a tin by greasing it with butter . Apply butter to the butter paper & place it in the greased  tin.
Spread evenly the  browny mixture into the prepared tin & add rest walnuts, cashews & raisins.
Bake at 180C for about 30 – 40 minutes  until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
Remove and cool the browny for 10 minutes & Demould it  & make slices with the help of a knife.
