Finger sandwich




Tomato sandwiches are the most delicious, easiest finger foods to make. All you need is sliced white bread tomtoes. To enhance the flavor, I also spread a thin layer of mayo & cream cheese spread and garlic. So friends lets start the recipe....








8  bread thin slices white sandwich bread, crusts removed
2 -3 tomatoes 
2 tblsp  cream cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise/ 2 teaspoons mustard sauce (optional)
1 tablespoons garlic , finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
Mint leaves fine paste- 1 tblsp...
Red chilli flakes- 1 tsp
Chopped green bell paper- 1tblsp
1 medium size onion- sliced/ chopped
Grated cheese/ Tomato sauce for garnishing


Directions
MIX cream cheese, mayo , garlic, black pepper and mint leaves paste well in a small bowl. Set aside.Cut the tomatoes into thin slices .



Trim crusts from sandwiches.


Layer the sandwich with tomato slices onto the cream cheese.






 Add  green pepper &  onion. Sprinkle with salt & chilli flakes.





 Close the sandwich with a second piece of bread spread .



 Cut the sandwich in quarters just before serving & garnish with grated cheese & tomato sauce.










Other sandwich ideas:


(U can also make the sandwiches  with crushed pineapple with finely chopped walnuts / CUCUMBER/ hardboiled eggs/  finely chopped crab, shrimp or lobster don’t forget to add  1 tablespoon lemon juice in it/ thin-sliced smoked salmon/ finely chopped cooked chicken)
