Onion & cabbage Pakoda:






Ingredients:
2 large onions sliced
Cabbage grated – 1cup
gram flour  1 ½ cups
1tblsp rice flour
1/4 tsp turmeric powder,
1 tsp red chilli powder
Garlic/ ginger crushed- 1tblsp
1-2 green chillies- chopped
2 tsp ajwain
Salt to taste,
Oil for frying


Method:




Take a bowl. Put the onion slices & cabbages.Add  salt  and leave it for 10-15 mins. till the onion & cabbage leaves some water.
Then add gramflour  & rice flour to the the veggies and mix properly .
Add haldi, green chilles, red chilli powder, crushed ginger & garlic ,ajwain and if required little water to the besan and make a batter that is of dropping consistency by sticky.
Heat oil in a kadhai .Take 1 tbsp of hot oil from the kadhai and add to the batter and mix well.
Then drop small bhajis in the oil and fry stirring till they turned to golden brown in colour and crisp. Serve Hot with garlic chutney or tomato ketchup.
