Ingredients
- 10-12 baby corns
- 1/4 cup corn flour
- 2tblsp maida
- red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp green chilly paste
- 1tsp soya sauce
- salt
Method:
Take baby corns in a bowl..Mix 1/4 cup corn flr, 2tblsp maida, red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilly paste, salt , 1tsp soya sauce & sprinkle some water. Mix well. Keep them for 10-15 mins.
Heat oil in a kadhai. Fry the baby corns until golden brown.
Drain excess oil in a absorbent paper & serve hot & crispy baby corns with tomato ketchup..
