Minced Vegetables (Carrot, Cabbage, Beans, capcicum) 100 g  each
Garlic  1tsp minced   
Ginger 1 tsp minced  
 Onion 1 no finely chopped  
Green Chilly 1 minced  
 Coriander Leaves  chopped
Maggie masala- 1tsp 
Oil 1 tsp  
 Maida 1 cup   

1.  Knead maida with water & Make a semi hard dough .Keep aside for half an hour.  
2.  Mix all the  minced vegetables, garlic, ginger, onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, MAGGI masala and oil.  
3.  Divide the dough into 15 equal portions.
4.  Roll out each portion of dough into thin rounds, place  vegetable filling in the center and fold the edges of the dough circles like sari pleats, pinching it once you reach the end. Use a little water to seal. Add water in  cooker and place sieve  on all the momos on the top of the sieve.  Steam for 15-20 minutes.
5.Serve hot with tomato or Chilli Garlic Sauce.
