Butter cookies

Ingredients:

125g of soften butter
1/2 cup of sugar
1 egg yolk
2tblsp full cream milk
2 cups of flour
Method:

Take a large bowl. Beat butter. Add sugar and mix till fluffy. Add egg and mix well.
Combine the batter with the flour. Add in milk and mix well. Mix until dough become soft and not stick on hands.
Make it into a ball, and leave it in fridge for 10 minutes.
Make the batter into 1cm diameter balls.
Arrange the balls on the baking tray. Roll it flat into round shaped cookies.
Preheat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit.
Place the cookies on the prepared baking sheets and place in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes. This will firm up the dough so the cookies will maintain their shape when baked.
Bake in the preheat oven for 15-20 minutes under 190 deg C. or until cookies are lightly brown. Leave it cool and place it in an air tight bottle.
