Ingredients
Dosa Batter - 2 cups
Onions - 4 chopped
Green Chilly - 4 minced
coriander leaves chopped
Oil – ¼ cup
Method:
1. In a bowl mix chopped onion,green chilly , coriander leaves & salt.
2. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan. Pour1 big spoonful of the idli batter in the center of a heated frying pan. Let it spread on its own to take a round shape.
3. Sprinkle some chopped onions and green chilly , coriander leaves on top of the batter.
4. When the base is golden brown , turn the side and cook well.
5. Serve hot with buta tarkari (channa dal ki sabzi) or chutney or sambar .
