Paneer Bhurji

Ingredients:


2 cup  soft paneer/ chenna/ paneer cubes
1 tea spoon jeera
2 onion (big) finely chopped
 green chillies chopped
1tsp ginger chopped
2 tsp garlic chopped
fenugreek leaves -2tsp
2 tomatoes
Raisins fried- ½ cup
Cashews crushed fried- a handful


green peas- 1/2 cup (optional)
Oil
1 cup milk
Salt to taste
Garam masla
Corriander leaves chopped

Directions
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds. let it crackle.  Add fenugreek leaves, chopped green chillies, chopped onions.
Fry till onion turns golden brown, add  chopped ginger & garlic. Sauté for some time. add tomatoes & green peas. Saute for another 5-7 min till the tomatoes & green peas becomes soft.
Mash the paneer cubes into coarse by hand
Add mashed paneer cubes, salt and garam masala . add milk. saute for a minute.let the milk absorb properly in the paneer. turn off the gas.
Garnish with corriander leaves & crushed cashews & raisins.
Serve hot with chapathis/pooris
