Phula kobi allu masala dia bhaja.. ( cauliflower & patato sukhi bhaji)


ଫୁଲ କୋବି ଆଲୁ ଭଜା 









A simple and delicious Aloo-Gobi sukhi bhaji goes good with Rice/ Roti or any type of Parathas.





Ingredients:
3 large Potatoes ( wash & cut in large cubes)
1 small Cauliflower   (Cut Cauliflower florets)
Chopped onion 2 nos
1 large Tomato chopped
Chopped coriander leaves
Ginger garlic paste- 1tblsp
Garam masala powder- 1tblsp
Cumin seeds- 1tsp
Haldi-1/2 tsp
Chilly powder- 1 tsp (as per your taste)
Cumin/ dhaniya Powder- 1tblsp each
Oil- 2-3 tblsp
Salt  needed quantity
Method:
Heat oil in a pan. Crackle cumin seeds. Add cauliflowers. Stir for 1-2 min on high flame. Then add potatoes.Stir for 2-3 min.Add haldi & salt. Cover the lid & cook in simmer for 3-4 min. till the kobi & potatoes are 90% done. Add chopped tomatoes & ginger garlic paste.add cumin/ coriander powdr.Stir it for some time until the raw smell of ginger garlic paste goes away & the vegetable are tender..Then add garam masala . Mix well & garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
