Sahi Paneer

Ingredients

250 gms paneer
2 large chopped tomatoes
2 Medium Onions chopped
2 green chillies
8 cashewnuts - grinded to fine paste
1tblsp Cream
1/2 cup Milk
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
½  tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
1/2 tsp haldi
1 tsp coriander powder
oil
Chopped coriander leaves

Heat oil in a kadhai. Cut paneer into small cubes. Fry over medium heat until light brown. Keep the paneer pieces aside.
Heat oil in apan.Fry the onions till soft.Add ginger& garlic paste , green chillies,fry till the raw smell goeas away. Add chopped tomatoes and fry till the tomatoes become soft. Remove from the gas. Cool and grind it & make a fine paste.
Fry the above mixture in the remaining oil until golden brown and oil starts separating. Now add all the above dry masalas and salt, Add the cashewnut paste &  milk to make the gravy. Bring the gravy to boil. Reduce the heat and cook until the gravy becomes thick. Then add the paneer pieces into it and 1 tbsp cream.Mix Properly & sauté for another 1 min. Remove from the gas. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with Roti/ naan/ Parathas/ kulcha/ any type of pullaos.
