INGREDIENTS 
 Puffed rice 5 cups 
2-3 tsp Oil 
1 pinch hing
cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Green chillies, slit 3 
Curry leaves 10-15 
Dry coconut  thinly sliced 1/4 small
Salt 
Peanuts  fried 1 cup

METHOD
Heat oil in a kadai. Add hing, cumin seeds and turmeric powder. When the  seeds crackle add green chillies and curry leaves and saute till the curry leaves become crisp. Add dry coconut slices and saute for another minute. Add puffed rice and mix well. Add salt, fried peanuts, sev and mix well. Cool completely and store in an airtight container.
