Jeera Allu





INGREDIENTS-

4-5 large size boiled  potatoes ( peel and diced to 1” pieces)
2 large onions chopped
2-3 garlic cloves  chopped
4Tbsp oil
1 ½  tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp red chili powder
1 Tbsp roasted cumin powder
1-2 tsp chat masala
2 Tbsp fresh coriander leaves chopped
salt

METHOD:
Heat 1-2 tsp oil in a kadai. little bit fry the potatoes till the potatoes turn to golden brown colour. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a kadai, add jeera. Let it crackle. Then add onions & chopped garlic cloves. when onions turns to little golden brown in colour add red chili powder ,cumin powder and  chat masala & salt. Stir for a second.Then add the potatoes and mix well. stir for some time. Add coriander leaves. Mix well. The dry masala should coat the potatoes well. Serve with roti/ parathas.
