Poha (chuda santula)

1 cup beaten rice (poha)
1/4 cup crushed roasted peanuts
2 onions chopped
1 small potato chopped
½ tsp turmeric
1 stalk curry leaves
1/4 tsp sugar
1-2 large green chillies chopped
1 tsp lime juice
2-3 tbsp oil
Pinch of hing
1/2 tsp each cumin & mustard seeds
1/4 cup gratedcoconut
Chopped coriander leaves.
Wash poha properly. Drain water  and keep aside.
In a  kadai heat oil. Add hing, cumin & mustarad seeds. curry leaves .
Then add chopped potatoes. Stir for 2-3 minutes.  
Add chopped onion, green chillies.add turmeric.  Stir and fry onions till tender.  
Add poha and crushed peanuts. add salt. Stir gently for 1-2 min.
Switch off the flame. add grated coconut and coriander leaves . Mix  well. Put  limejuice  as per taste. You can put sev (made with gram flr) on the top for garnishing.
Serve hot with hot coffee or tea.
