Peanut laddoo:

Roasted peanuts 1 ½ cup (peel off the skin)
Jaggery 1 cup
Ghee -2  tblsp (to shape the laddoos)
Heat 1 tblsp ghee in a kadai, add jaggery to it , mixing it continuously. When all jaggery melts down, add the roasted peanuts.
Remove from heat and mix well. Grease a plate with ghee, pour this mixture on top, roll into a small round balls. Store in air tight container for 1 month.

Hey, this one is perhaps the easiest one to prepare at home for an evening snack. And the best thing of all, right now I am having all of the ingredients at home :D
