Egg noodles





Ingredients:
Noodles 500 gms
1 Onion chopped lengthwise
Spring onions- ½ cup cut length wise
ginger cloves-5-6  minced
ajinomoto -1 pinch
salt
Egg 2
Blk Pepper powder 1 tsp
Vinegar 1/2 tsp
Soya sauce ½ tsp
Carrot cut lengtwise 1
½ cup Cabbage thinly cut lengthwise
1 Capsicum cut thinly lenghtwise
Oil-3-4 tsp 


Method:

Take a kadai and pour water enough to cook the noodles . Bring it to boil. When it starts boiling add the noodles to it and then cook for 3-5 minutes. When the noodles are done remove from flame and drain all the water.
Take a pan and heat oil . add onions and saute till golden brown. Now add minced garlic cloves, spring onions, Carrot, cabage, capsicum and fry for 2-3 min.add  pepper powder, ajino moto salt.
Add the egg and stir it till all the ingredients blend well with it. Add the boiled noodles and fry for another 3-4 minute. Add soya sauce, vinegar.Serve hot.
