Ingredients:
1 1 cup Rajma
2 2-3large tomatoes (make a puree)
3 2-3 onions chopped
4 Salt
5 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
6 Oil
7 1 tsp cumin seeds
8 2 tbsp coriander powder
9 ½ tsp turmeric powder.
10 ½ tsp red chili powder.
11 1 tsp garam masala.
12 Chopped coriander leaves
Soak the red kidney beans in water for over night. Pressure cook the Rajmas till soft. Add oil in a pan.Put cumin seeds.when it crackles add onion. Fry it till it turns to golden brown in colour.add red chilly powder, haldi,garam masala & coriander powder.add ginger garlic paste.Add tomato puree. Stir continuously for 3-5 min. When oil appears in masala add the Rajmas. Put 1 cup water in to it. Mix well. Cover the pan. Let the curry boil properly for 3-5 min. switch off the flame. Add chopped coriander leaves.Serve hot with Basmati rice or roti.
