Dahi Chicken

 

 

 

Ingredients :


Chicken1/2 kg
Dahi1 cup
Salt
Ginger Garlic Paste1/2tsp
Red Chilli PowderTo Taste
Onions 2 Sliced
Pepper3-4
Bay Leaves2
Cloves4-5

Method :

  • Marinate all the ingredients except onions.Keep the marination at least for 1 hour. Take a kadai.heat oil. Add the onions till brown and add the onions to the marination. Put the vessel in which the marination has been done on the stove. Cook until chicken is cooked and ready to eat.Serve hot.
