Green Peas Pulao


Rice- 2 cups cooked,
Peas- 1 cup cooked
Garlic- 3 flakes chopped
onion- 1 chopped
kaju- 2 tsp
kismis- 2tsp
black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
bay leaves- 2
Cinnamon- 1 stick
cardamom- 2
cloves- 2
cumin seeds-1 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves


Take a pan.heat oil.
Add 1 tsp cumin seeds. when it starts crackle, add bay leaves,cinnamon,cardamom,cloves.
Then add chopped onion & chopped garlic cloves.
When it turn in to brown colour add green peas & kaju, kismis.stir it for 30 seconds.
 Now add Rice.Combine well & adjust the salt.
Cover the pan with lid & cook on low flame for 5-10 mins.
Add chopped coriander leaves.Mix gently.
Now your simple & yummy pulao is ready.Serve hot withany kind of Raita.
