Raw Papita Tikki

Raw Papita tikki( Kancha amutabhanda bara)

Raw papita – 2 cups grated
Boiled potatoes large (2 nos)
Bread crumbs-1 cup
Roasted penuts (crushed)-1/2 cup
Onion chopped-1 nos.
Garam masala-1 tsp
Roasted Jeera-1 tsp
Red chilly powder-1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Roasted white til-2 tsp

Oil for frying


Take a bowl.mix all the above ingredients except oil & keep aside .
Take each portion of mixture & make small small balls & gently flatten each ball into a round patty of about 2 inch thick  using your palms.
Take a non-stick pan. Put oil & shallow fry both side of the tikis til crispy golden brown. Serve the tikkis  hot with chutney & stirred curd.
