Sweet Rawa Dosa


Rava 2 cup
2 greenchillies crushed
2 big bananas ​ properly mashed
1cup grated coconut
Sugar/ grated jaggery  as per your taste
Mix  all the above ingredients except oil. The batter should be thick like idli batter. Keep it for 1-2 hour.
Heat a gridlle. Apply 1 tblsp oil  to the griddle & Pour the batter on a hot tawa using a laddle spoon and just pat it. Add enough oil/ butter  and fry. Turn over, add more oil and cook till its done. Serve hot with desi ghee.
