Besan Laddu

2 cups besan (coarsed)
1 1/2Sugar
Desi ghee 1/2 cup
1 tsp Illaichi powder
Almonds & cashew nuts chopped


 In a kadai roast besan. Put the flame on low otherwise besan will burn.Keep stiring continuously for 10/15 mins.
When it releases an appetizing smell add ghee in to it & then stir continuously again for 5 to 7 minutes till it become like golden brown color.
Switch off the gas & allow the besans to cool.Than add sugar , illaichi powder & chopped cashews, almonds to the besan. Now form  ping pong size balls of  the mixture.Besan laddoos are ready to be served...
