Vermicelli Kheer


Ingredients:
Vermicelli-1/2 cup
Milk-3 cup
Sugar-1 cup
Desi ghee-2-3 tsp
Cinnamon Powder- 1 tsp
Fried kaju kismis-1/2 cup

Method:
Fry Vermicelli in 2tsp ghee till light golden in colour.Add milk in to it. Let the milk boil properly.Keep stiring till the vermicelli is just cooked & the milk is thick (don’t over cook the vermicellyi)
Add sugar little by little stiring all the time till the sugar dissolves.switch off the flame.add cinnamon powders & fried kaju & kismis.
