Finger sandwich

Tomato sandwiches are the most delicious, easiest finger foods to make. All you need is sliced white bread tomtoes. To enhance the flavor, I also spread a thin layer of mayo & cream cheese spread and garlic. So friends lets start the recipe....

Red chilli flakes- 1 tsp
Chopped green bell paper- 1tblsp

Grated cheese/ Tomato sauce for garnishing

Layer the sandwich with tomato slices onto the cream cheese.

Add  green pepper &  onion. Sprinkle with salt & chilli flakes.

Close the sandwich with a second piece of bread spread .

Cut the sandwich in quarters just before serving & garnish with grated cheese & tomato sauce.
