Poha without piyaj lasun


Poha 100 gm
Curry leaves
Mustard seeds- 1tsp
2 Green chillies chopped
Desi Ghee- 1 tsp
1 handfull of Roasted peanuts
Sugar- 1/2tsp
Salt as per the taste
½ cup grated coconut
1-2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
Wash Poha & drain all the water. Take a bowl . Put the washed pohas. Mix grated coconuts, salt & Sugar. Keep aside.
Heat ghee in a kadhai. Add mustard seeds, when it starts crackling add curry leaves, green chillies & roasted peanuts. Stir for 15 second. Then add the Pohas & stir continiously for 1-2 min. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
Note: If u want then u can add ½ tsp of lemon juice to the poha.
