kancha Rohu Macha tatia basa (Uncooked Rohu fish with it's rich taste of mustard paste)

Rohu  Fish : 500gm

Mustard Seeds 2 tsp
Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp
Garlic 5 cloves
 Red chilli 2
Tomatoes 2 medium size chopped
Green Chilli -2 chopped
Haldi powder-1/2 tbsp
Mustard Oil 2 tsp
 Salt as per the taste
Corinder leaves for Garnishing

Make a paste of mustard,  jeera, garlic cloves & red chillies.
In a kadhai, add mustard oil, mustard paste, haldi powder, chopped tomatoes, green chilly, salt , , 2 cups of water & fish pieces and cook for 15-20 mins in a medium  heat till fish pieces cooked properly .
Garnish with corinder leaves  and serve with rice .
