Potato Pakoda


5 large potatoes (wash peel & sliced very thinly, No thicker than 1/4 of an inch)
Oil for frying
1 cup besan  
1 teaspoon red chili powder
2 teaspoons cumin powder
Add water to the Besan & Make the batter smooth.
Add the Chilli powder, cumin powder & salt and stir the batter.
Heat the oil in a pan. Dip the potato slices in the batter , There should just be a thin coat of batter and fry them till they are golden brown.
Serve Hot with tomato sauce .
