Egg Roll







Ingredients

2 cups of Maida
Salt
Milk
Cabbage grated
Capcicum  grated
chopped green chilli
Egg 4 nos
Onion (soaked in 1 tsp vinegar)
1tsp Vinegar
Tomato sauce
Lemon juice-1tsp
oil

To make Stuffing:

Take a pan.add little oil. add grated cabbage & capcicum.stir it  for 3-5 min.Then add sliced onions.stir it for another 2-3 min. add salt. add 2 tsp of tomato sauce & 1tsp vinegar in to it. add chopped coriander & chopped green chillies.The stuffing is ready.


Method:
Knead maida with milk & salt in to a soft dough.
Devide it in to 4 balls & roll it like chappatis.
On the tawa roast the chappatis with some oil & set aside.
Add 2 tsp oil on tawa.Beat an egg with some salt & pour it on the tawa to make an omlette.
Immediately before the omlette is cooked put the chappati to stick to the omlette.
Roast both sides until its cooked completely.
Remove from the flame place it on a sheet of thick paper. Sprinkle chopped onions, black salt on the egg side off chapatti & put the above vegetable stuffing & few drops of lemon juice into it..
Now Roll the chapatti,hold it & then Roll the paper over it.Make it into a cylinder with the bottom covered with paper.Serve it with tomato & chilly sauce.
