Here’s what goes into the making of the yuummm Paratha.....

For the dough:

1-2 tsp tomato sauce
½ tsp soya sauce
4-5 garlic cloves finely chopped
Salt

 Cheese
Method:

Make a smooth dough by using wheat flour, ajwain, salt, water & little bit oil. Keep aside for 1 hour.
To make the filling take a pan. Heat Oil. Add chopped Garlic cloves & add green chillies. Stir for 30 seconds. Then put cabbage, capcicum & onion slices. Stir for 2-3 min till they become soft. Then add haldi & salt. Stir for some time. Add soya & tomato sauce.Mix well. Your filling is ready.

Take the dough & Make round balls from the dough.

Roll it like rotis, put cheese & Place the stuffings in between & cover the edges of the paratha as shown in the pic.
